I mainly focus on issues related to girls’ and women's rights, education, gender, and social justice, and have expertise in project management, qualitative research, arts-based methodologies, and policy advocacy.
Over the past 16 years, I led several projects, helped thousands of people, particularly women and girls, to pursue an improved life. My projects and researches are policy-focused, that aim to transform societies by improving the lives of girls, women, and marginalized populations. In addition to Nepal, I have also conducted research field work in Zimbabwe and Rwanda for a short period of time.
I have authored several articles, book chapters in an edited volume, and research blogs, which have been widely read and cited in several publications across the world.
I have an MPhil degree and is presently engaged with the Janaki Women Awareness Society, Nepal.
